CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE due to Staffing needs
play differently is Missouri's first sensory and motor room in a church house that uses state-of-the-art Snoezelen equipment donated by Hand of Hope. This equipment gives each child the multi-sensory feedback that provides calming and regulation to their system while they play with a purpose.
Studies show that nearly 50% of special needs parents said they refrained from attending church because their child was not included or welcomed. We are very excited to be able to offer parents and families a safe and specifically designed developmental environment for their child as well as a time of respite and fellowship for themselves.
We have a limited space available for children, ages 4-17 yrs. EACH VISIT, registration is REQUIRED (please scroll down) and closes three days prior or when capacity is met. A wait list is built after capacity is met.
